The laundry closet with washer and dryer hookups is off of the hall. Please note: the maximum occupancy for this home is 2 people, due to shared septic. Central air conditioning and heat (electric heat pump). Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity, garbage collection, and a water (well)/ sewer reimbursement of $50/month. Grass mowing included; tenant responsible for bed maintenance. One half of the shed (8'x8') is available for tenant use. No cosigners. One small pet considered (1 cat or 1 small dog - 20lb or less, between 2 -10 yo, spayed/neutered, housebroken, indoor only) with a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and $35/month additional pet rent.
