R-R
Rural Residential District
This district is established primarily for the protection of the Countys residential growth areas from incompatible land uses. This district characterized as being within the public water (and/or sewer) service area or proposed service area. This district is also located close to major arterial transportation corridors or proposed corridors. The primary use in this area is residential, but some farming activity can be observed. Certain non-residential uses are allowed, either as a matter of right or on a special use basis. Individual manufactured homes, as defined in this ordinance, are permitted in this district because area they are traditionally and customarily associated with rural development.
