Welcome to Olde Point Community

At Hagood Homes, we believe in building more than just homes—we build experiences rooted in comfort, community, and connection to the natural world. That's why we're proud to bring our distinctive home designs to Olde Point, a truly exceptional neighborhood in Hampstead, North Carolina. Olde Point offers the kind of coastal lifestyle that many dream about but few get to experience. Tucked along the Intracoastal Waterway, select homesites here provide deep-water access, making it easy to launch your boat, kayak the scenic inlets, or discover quiet stretches of shoreline only accessible by water. For those who love the serenity of the forest, the interior homes are surrounded by towering hardwoods and majestic oak trees, some more than a hundred years old—creating a peaceful, shaded haven just minutes from the coast. One of the most unique aspects of Olde Point is its semi-private 18-hole golf course, designed to blend seamlessly with the natural terrain. Since 1975, Olde Point Golf and Country Club has been a cornerstone of this community, offering residents the rare ability to enjoy a round of golf just steps from their own backyard. With its rolling hills, tranquil lakes, and lush wooded backdrops, it's no wonder this course is considered one of Hampstead's premier golf destinations. As builders, we're inspired by Olde Point's coastal charm and timeless character. Our homes here are thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings while incorporating the high-performance, energy-efficient features today's buyers value most. Whether you're drawn to water access, golf course views, or a wooded retreat, Olde Point delivers—and Hagood Homes is here to help you make it your own. Let's build your next chapter in a place where the beauty of the coast meets the comfort of home.
