Residential Fringe District
The purpose of the Residential Fringe RES-F district is to designate areas suitable for a combination of estate-type residential development, smaller-scale agricultural uses, ranchettes and other compatible uses. The RES-F district provides an intermediate step in single-family residential development between open space and; or agricultural/ ranching lands, and typically suburban residential densities.
