I had the house listed earlier this year, but the house we were moving to didn't happen. I have found a new house and we are definitely moving this time so I am putting my house up for sale again. It's a beautiful modular home located in the country on 12 acres. It is in Colonel Crawford School district. 5 of the acres is farmed but not under contract, it's the farmer down the road and you can continue having him farm it or not after this year. The master bedroom has a his and her bathroom with a walk in closet between them. It has central air and heat. It is heated by propane. It has a very big garage and I believe the outbuilding is close to 40x60. The outbuilding does have electric and water but no concrete. I put a new 13x20 garage door on it. Let me know if you have anymore questions. I don't want to do land contract, trying to sell outright and use money on new house. Awesome area to deer hunt. Shot a deer every year.
