Also, a one-car garage space is available for use. I am a private landlord wanting to find the right person for this unit. I also am listing this for an affordable price. ONE CAT that is spayed or neutered with proof maybe allowed on a case-by-case basis, you must also have a rental reference for the cat. I do not accept metro nor smoking in the unit/building. I check current work, any rental references along with background. I provide the lawncare, snow removal and trash services. Tenant pays for the gas, electric and water/sewer for the unit.
