About this home
Tucked behind the 13th tee box of the East Course in the prestigious Oak Tree community, this one-owner estate offers an extraordinary blend of timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and resort-inspired outdoor living on approximately .71 acres. Spanning just under 6,400 square feet, the home was designed with both everyday comfort and entertaining in mind, featuring 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, plus an additional half bath. From the moment you enter, the home showcases exceptional architectural detail, including ornate wood craftsmanship, soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and abundant natural light throughout. The thoughtfully designed floor plan provides meaningful separation between the primary suite and secondary bedrooms while offering expansive gathering spaces ideal for hosting. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a Thermador 6-burner range, integrated Sub-Zero refrigerator, and built-in ice maker in the utility room. Upstairs, a generously sized bedroom with adjoining full bath offers incredible flexibility as a guest retreat, private guest suite, game room, or private living quarters. An additional upstairs flex space would make an ideal theater room, media room, or bonus living area. A walk-in attic provides convenient upper-level storage access. Outdoor living is equally impressive, featuring a private resort-style setting with a pool, hot tub, waterfall features, covered patio with automatic screens, outdoor fireplace, and built-in grill — all positioned to capture beautiful golf course views. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets from the upper deck overlooking the 13th tee box. Mature landscaping and extensive outdoor living spaces create both beauty and ease of maintenance. Additional highlights include four separate garage spaces with extra depth, meticulous maintenance throughout, and a prime location within one of Edmond’s most sought-after gated golf communities.
Oak Tree, located between N Kelly Ave and N Santa Fe Ave, is a gated and golf-centered Edmond neighborhood with tree-lined fairways and a clubhouse social scene. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Oak Tree Country Club clubhouse, where tee times, patio tables, and tournament chatter set the daily rhythm. Streets of brick and stone homes curve along manicured greens, with cul-de-sacs and pocket ponds shaping a quiet, private feel. Oak Tree Country Club anchors local recreation, while nearby Edmond Fine Arts Institute and Armstrong Auditorium add a cultural counterpoint beyond the gates. Sidewalk loops and cart paths frame morning walks and evening rounds, with landscaping that keeps the setting polished year-round.

This is a residential district to provide for a density of 16 units per net acre. The principal use of land is for a variety of dwelling unit types including townhouses, low-rise multiple-family dwellings, garage apartments, and high-rise multiple-family dwellings. Commercial uses to serve the residents of the area are permitted on the lower floors of high-rise apartments, and recreation, religious and educational uses normally located to serve residential areas also are permitted to provide the basic elements of convenient, balanced and attractive living areas. It is the intent and policy of the City that this district be utilized only upon a strong showing of compatibility with the adjoining neighborhood and community and therefore zoning applications for this category should be predicated upon consistency with neighborhood plans for master plans adopted by the City Council and Planning Commission. The minimum lot area is 8,400 sq ft with an additional 2,700 sq ft required per dwelling unit in excess of three.
