I have one room for rent, in a house that has a full kitchen, living room, and a washer and dryer in the garage, also a large deck off the kitchen, or the living room. I smoke in the house ocasionaly, and you can too, just not in your bed. Drinking is a normal thing, as long as you are drinking what is your own. I pay the bills, the rent is due by the second of the month, there are no rules except normal respect for others, its a three bedroom house, with one other room already rented.
