Exclusive Farm Use-Grazing Zone
The purpose and intent of the Exclusive Farm Use-Grazing zone is to provide areas for the continued practice of agriculture and permit the establishment of only those new uses which are compatible with agricultural activities. The minimum property size established by this zone is intended to promote commercial agricultural pursuits, such as grazing, rangeland and other less intensive agricultural uses.; It is the purpose of this zone classification to provide the automatic farm use valuation for farms which automatically qualify under the provisions of ORS 308.
