Zoning
WAC
Woodland Agricultural Conservation District
It is the purpose of this district to encourage the preservation and improvement of rural and undeveloped areas of the Township through the conservation, protection and preservation of hillsides, woodlands, areas subject to environmentally sensitive conditions, agricultural land, water, and other natural resources while permitting reasonable residential and recreational development along with their accessory uses. There are no public sewerage facilities presently within Earl Township which are available for new development and the construction of new homes. Proposed subdivisions or land developments which cannot be served with individual on-site sewage disposal systems will necessitate the installation of a community system by the landowner or developer.
