In addition, the design and layout of open space, stormwater management facilities and the buildable areas shall be designed to achieve Best Management Practices BMPs and be compatible with other uses in the Watershed District.; Within the Watershed District, a building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used only when in conformance with the conditions of this Part and the specific use, area and design regulations of this District.
