About The Clark Building
Nestled on Liberty Avenue, this statuesque building was erected in the 1920s by MGM owner James Clark. It housed Warner Brothers for a time in a penthouse suite that included a viewing room and eventually came to be known as an enclave for diamond jewelers, many of whom are still thriving on the lower floors of the building! Today, residents come in and out of the ornately decorated corridors, watch baseball games over at PNC Park from the rooftop deck (yes, the view is that good), and simply soak in all the joie de vivre the city offers right outside their door.

About
Penn-Liberty
Penn-Liberty, located between Downtown Pittsburgh and the Strip District, is a historic and arts-forward Pittsburgh neighborhood with loft-style conversions and a street-grid energy. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around Penn Avenue near the 16th Street Bridge, where galleries, small music rooms, and design studios share the sidewalks with coffee counters and late-night bites. The Andy Warhol Museum, the August Wilson African American Cultural Center, and the Benedum Center anchor the cultural calendar. Former warehouses and early commercial blocks shape a brick-and-steel streetscape. Riverfront edges and bridges frame the geography, while theaters and galleries keep the evenings active.
