The purpose of the Resource Protection District is to protect areas containing sensitive natural features and areas of natural scenic beauty such as the Tohickon Creek, the Delaware River, and the Delaware Canal. Agricultural and low-intensity uses are permitted with standards and densities designed to encourage the preservation of natural resources.
