Enjoy evenings overlooking Codorus Creek on the covered balcony. Entertain in our outdoor area with gas grill. Downtown York is a short walk away, offering a host of restaurants, bars, breweries and boutiques for your enjoyment. The development is fenced and gated, including a secure parking lot (tenants have electronic access). A CCTV system provides additional security. Riverside Lofts is conveniently located for local transport and commuting with easy access to I83 and Route 30. York Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. There is a secure mailroom, and CCTV system. Property borders the 27-mile-long Heritage Rail Trail. The units feature in unit washer/dryer, central heat/AC, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, modern appliances, and open plan living spaces. The mailroom has electronic access. The entire development is fenced and gated, including a secure parking lot. It's a 12-minute walk from downtown York. Pets are welcome with permission, and subject to restrictions.
