Excellent family home in a great school district! Ranch style home with 2 car attached garage and partially fenced back yard (wonderful for children and/or pets to play!). Wonderful location within five minutes or less of shopping (Walmart/Sams/Publix etc). Nice, well kept neighborhood! Vinyl ranch with stand up crawl space. Front entry for guests to spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and gas log burning fireplace with beautiful tiled front. Living room is open to the breakfast/dining area which has access to the 2 car garage and a lovely triple window bringing in lots of natural light. The garage has a swinging door to the rear yard. The kitchen is adjacent to the walk in laundry room and includes a stove/range, dishwasher. The stainless side by side fridge is negotiable. A hall bath with a shower tub combination serves two nice sized bedrooms and a linen closet in the hallway provides convenient storage. The master bedroom has two closets - one is a walk in closet with custom shelving. The master bath is a full private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Beautiful hardwood flooring, carpeting, vinyl and ceramic tile flooring. Enjoy peace of mind with a newer roof that was replaced in 2013 and the heating and air units inside and out were replaced in 2016.
