7 Donax Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928

Completelу renοvatеd іnside аnd οut in 2020, this 7th-row modern farmhousе сottage in Port Royal Plantation delivers turnkey coastal living with private beach access through one of Hilton Head Island's quietest gated communities. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath open floor plan is anchored by newly raised, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a reconfigured kitchen featuring a large center island, new stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and thoughtful upgrades run throughout: new windows and sliders, durable luxury vinyl tile flooring, state-of-the-art surround sound, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, gutters, and a storage shed for beach gear and bikes. Set inside Port Royal Plantation - one of Hilton Head Island's private, gated oceanfront residential communities - residents enjoy 24/7 manned gate security and roughly a mile of private beachfront where the Port Royal Sound meets the Atlantic Ocean, reached by the community's network of beach access paths. Because no commercial development, resort hotels, or short-term vacation rentals are permitted, the neighborhood stays quiet and residential year-round. Community amenities include an oceanfront beach house with an Olympic-sized pool, six pickleball courts, two Har-Tru tennis courts, a community garden, an arboretum, and miles of leisure and bike paths beneath moss-draped oaks. Home to the Barony Course and Robber's Row Couse, Port Royal golf pairs classic Hilton Head golf with stragegy design, mature Lowcountry scenery, and two rounds that feel completely different from each other. Whether you want a timless George Cobb layout, or a course with Pete Dye influences and a little more strategy baked in, the two championship courses of the adjacent Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club are moments away, and Shelter Cove, Coligny Plaza, dining, shopping, and the island airport are all a short drive from the gate.
