To establish standards and procedures for Planned Unit Development (PUD) in accordance with the following objectives: To allow variety and flexibility in land development necessary to meet changes in technology and demand.; To allocate, maintain, and preserve common open space, recreation areas and facilities; to offer neighborhood recreational opportunities; to enhance the appearance of neighborhoods through the conservation of natural resources.; To provide a maximum choice in the type of environment available by permitting a development that would not be allowed by other zoning districts.
