You will have access to a fully furnished kitchen with your own storage area, dining room, living room with 65” TV and washer and dryer; as well as your own designated parking spot. Huge back porch to kick back, relax, and enjoy nature. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet. Will need to pass background check. Security deposit of $500 and first months rent due at time of signing lease agreement. This is a month to month lease. For those seriously interested, be prepared for telephone call to start the discussion. We do have our own pets which is a dog and cats. No additional pets are allowed. Please do not respond if this is an issue for you. 1. OWNER has 1 dog and 4 cats. The dog is allowed inside and outside. The cats are not allowed outside. Be aware that a cat may try to dart out. Close all doors quickly and do not leave open for any extended period of time. 2. The appliances (stove, microwave, and fridge) and cupboards are allowed to be used by RESIDENT. However, each individual will come with the understanding that these are community items and shall be treated with care. 3. Cleaning will be shared among OWNER and RESIDENT. 4. RESIDENT will park to the left of the carport. 5. No overnight guest(s) may stay without the expressed written consent from OWNER. 6. No parties or entertaining shall take place without the expressed written consent from OWNER. 7. During the hours of 10 pm-7 am both the OWNER and RESIDENT will maintain a noise level that will permit all to sleep. All speakers should be shut off and headphones used. 8. Cigerette smoking or vaping is not allowed in the House. 9. Alcohol is allowed in the House, but must be secured in the Room. 10. No excessive drunkenness will be tolerated. 11. RESIDENT agrees to maintain cleanliness of House.
