One fully furnished bedroom is available (includes TV, internet, linens, and a half bath), plus an in-house washer and dryer. Pets live here too, but they have their own separate entrance and exit. Their room is off the kitchen, and they don’t enter the main house unless the owner is home. Perfect for someone who wants a quiet, comfortable place to call home House Rules and Tenant Responsibilities Tenant is responsible for 50% of the electric bill. Tenant must provide their own toiletries, bathroom items, and cleaning supplies. Tenant is expected to clean up after themselves in all common areas, especially after preparing or eating meals. Eating is only allowed in common areas (kitchen, dining area, or living room) — not in the bedroom. If the tenant brings a pet, only one pet is allowed, and it must remain separate from the homeowner’s pets unless otherwise agreed upon. Tenant is responsible for taking out the trash when the can is full and ensuring it is placed in the correct outdoor receptacles. Guests: Friends or family visits require advance notice and approval. No parties are allowed. No alcohol, drug use, or intoxication is permitted on the property. Vaping is allowed inside the house.
