Historic Residential Office District
It is the purpose and intent of this district to protect and strengthen historic residential neighborhoods, foster civic beauty, strengthen the local economy, and promote the preservation of historic structures and sites for the present and future citizens of the City. To this end, this district provides for the regulation of exterior design, use of materials, and arrangement of principal and accessory uses and structures on sites within this district in a manner which will preserve the residential and historic character of this district whenever residential structures are proposed for adaptation to another principal use.
