Terrazzo

All animal information for Terrazzo must be current in OurPet Policy, our designated animal management system. This includes both Pets and Assistance Animals (animals required due to a disability). For standard household pets, there is an annual charge of $28 for the first pet, and $24 for any additional pets, payable to Our Pet Policy. There is no fee for registering a unit as having no animals nor is there a cost for assistance animals. Restrictions: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $250 pet deposit, and a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds per pet, and aggressive breed are prohibited.
