We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure compliance with pet and animal policies. All are required to complete a Pet, No Pet or Animal Profile. A nominal annual fee is required to register pets. Those without pets are required to certify their status and no fee is required. Those who have reasonable accommodation requests for a service or emotional support animal need to provide documentation for review and approval. Approved service or emotional support animals won't incur a fee. Pets are limited to a maximum 99 lbs. weight limit and a maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Resident agrees to pay the required animal deposit of $250 or Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative: 1 or 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent.
