Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand under the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken or damaged, please let the host know as soon as possible. Please lock doors upon departure. Guests asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior will not receive a refund for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty; swimming is at your own risk. The host is not local but has a team available. The host can be reached via the Airbnb app and by call/text. If there's any accidental damage, let the host know ASAP and they will look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters' expense. If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
