Manufactured Home District
The manufactured home is recognized as a specific form of housing for which accommodations should be provided. To provide appropriate standards for density, spacing, and use, a separate district is created and designated for the specific purpose of providing at appropriate locations, area for the development of manufactured home parks, courts, or subdivisions. In certain commercial and industrial districts, a manufactured home development may be provided for by amending the zoning district map where these projects are appropriate by approval of a specific use permit.
