High Density Multifamily District
The High Density Multifamily District is intended for attached multifamily residential development, such as apartments and condominiums, at a density not to exceed 24 dwelling units per acre. The MF-2 District is appropriate in areas designated on the Future Land Use Plan as high density residential or mixed-use. Properties zoned MF-2 should have direct access to major thoroughfares and arterial streets and should not route traffic through lower density residential areas.
