Zoning
A
Agriculture District
The District is intended to provide for areas in which agricultural land may be held in such use for as long as is practical and reasonable. Residences in this district are intended to be a minimum of 1,600 sq ft on a minimum lot size of 5 acres. This zoning is suitable for areas where development is premature due to lack of utilities, capacity or service, and for areas that are unsuitable for development because of physical constraints or potential health or safety hazards. This District shall also serve as a temporary zoning district for when land is initially annexed into the City, if not zoned to a lower use.
