Planned Development
The PD district is a district that accommodates planned associations of various uses such as manufacturing, offices, commercial or service centers, shopping centers, residential developments of multiple or mixed housing, or any appropriate combination of uses that may be planned, developed, or operated as integrated land uses.
The PD district is intended to be used to: Allow integrations of various land uses, or Accommodate the use of alternative development standards and integration of uses that result in a higher quality of development that can be achieved by other zoning districts.
