He is very active and enjoys hockey, golf, hiking, skiing, cooking, and working on projects with his 3D printer. The second is 26 years old and attended Vermont for both undergrad and graduate school. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, sailing, camping, and rock climbing, and also loves cooking and keeping a clean home. The third is an analyst working in the energy sector who is originally from the Richmond area. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and waterskiing, as well as cooking, watching movies, and visiting museums. The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants, parks, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, and running trails within a 5-minute walk of the house. There is also a grocery store (Giant) around the corner. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. You will share a bathroom with one person. No pets or couples at this time.
