There is one assigned spot and plenty of free additional parking (all unmarked spaces). Community amenities includes access to a network of bike paths/walking trails, green space, picnic areas, Lake Barton, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and playgrounds (these are all free). For additional fees (annual passes) you can have access to a network of pools and tennis/pickleball courts throughout the Burke Centre Conservancy. Owner consent is required for any changes to the lease agreement or any significant alterations to the property.
