Rest and relax at this cozy (600 square foot) and tranquil getaway. Barred owls live in the trees just above the cabin and can be heard each night. Eagles can be seen nearly every day, bunnies also live on the property and you'll often see deer passing through. The cabin is nestled among native trees in an 11 acre private nature preserve just 3 minute drive outside of Langley. The space The cabin is cozy, with the feel of a studio apartment though it's not a true studio since it does have a separate bedroom. The kitchen, dining and living room is one open area complete with a small propane fireplace. Note it's a small cabin and the bedroom is just big enough for the queen bed and small side tables, as you can see in the photos. You have access to the entire cabin and surrounding yard (not fenced) and 1-2 parking spots. There are three residences on the property separated by a fence, landscaping, and trees. Other things to note This studio-size cabin is perfect for 1-2 people and is not roomy enough for additional guests. Terms of the rental for this cabin! :) This lease begins September 1, 2026 and runs through June 1, 2027. After that, it can renew annually on a yearly basis starting each June 1, as long as both parties agree to the renewal terms in writing. Note: People working on the property such as gutter cleaners, landscapers or pest control, may access the exterior of the property to perform maintenance, with reasonable advance notice given except in emergencies. All utilities including wifi! Sewer, water, garbabe, propane, electiricty, and wifi (all utilities) are $220 per month - flat fee.
