Zoning
A1
Agricultural District One
The purpose of the A-1 District is to provide a means of obtaining the agricultural goals and objectives of the Development Plan and the Rock County Agricultural Preservation Plan. This district exclusively provides for agricultural uses and uses consistent with agriculture uses as defined in Section 91.0110 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The intent in having this district is to conserve prime agricultural soils, historically farmed soils, and prevent uncontrolled, uneconomical spread of residential development.
