Point Gardens offers sustainably built and affordable single-family homes with unique and classic design concepts. Everything from the neighborhood layout to the traffic-calming road design to the design of each home was done with community, affordability, sustainability and efficiency in mind. An easy drive north of Madison, the Point Gardens resides on eighty acres of rolling Wisconsin countryside in Poynette, with small-town charm, solid schools and loads of year-round outdoor recreational opportunities including Lake Wisconsin, Leopold Center, MacKenzie Center, Baraboo Ridge, Devil's Lake, Ice Age Trail, and local fisheries. As the Point Gardens homes were envisioned and the roads mapped out, care was taken to preserve sweeping vistas of the rolling topography graced with heritage oaks and towering cherry trees, the kind of views that inspired John Muir in his youth. Bicycle and pedestrian paths wind throughout the neighborhood. Walking trails connect the parks and woodlands, offering close connections with these carefully preserved trees, some estimated to be over 250 years old. The heart of Point Gardens is community.
