Kareem was fantastic! We met him on a house tour we booked online through Redfin and even though we weren't quite ready at the time, I told him I'd call when we were ready (which ended up being about a year later). He didn't aggressively pester us like prior realtors I'd used but he checked in occasionally which I appreciated. He was honest and actually listened to what we were looking for in a home and helped us find it. He kept us informed and protected our interests throughout the whole process. I didn't expect quick answers to texted questions (especially when I was up well past a decent hour) but Kareem somehow managed to always get back to me in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about Kareem; also, his team was superb. 10/10 will recommend anyone looking for housing to Kareem and will absolutely use him again for any future needs.

I was really happy to work with Kareem again—he facilitated a previous home sale and purchase a few years ago for me as well. Kareem is an excellent communicator, infinitely patient with questions and going over details, and delivers results.
