Leave feedback on your Kiki was thrown into the middle of a tough situation when we first contacted her, and she really pulled through for us. We started our mortgage application with a different company. After that other company sent us a third document full of errors, we decided we need to pivot quickly to a new mortgage company... on the day of our inspection no less. We contacted Kiki on Friday, by Monday we were all caught up with a new mortgage pre-qualification with better rates and lower closing costs! Kiki continued to be our savior throughout the home buying process. I honestly don’t know how we would have bought this house without her.
