You don’t know good customer service until you’ve gotten good customer service” this was what Mike Plating told me and he didn’t lie. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, my goodness if there is anything you need to know about the financial parts of this process he knows it, he is informative, he stays 5 steps ahead of you always, he was able to get us to the closing table in less than 2 weeks and this is no exaggeration! You actually need Mike in your corner, he is amazing at what he does and he is thorough, he foresees issues before they arise and he takes care of them. I can never recommend anyone else besides Mike and his company. They are just that good!

Mike and Seaneen were wonderful to work with. I worked with them from start to finish and it was a great experience. Mike spent a long time explaining all my different options. He was able to water down certain things but also get into the nitty gritty details when necessary. I liked that. As a numbers/data guy I want someone who can confidently explain all the nuances. At no point did I feel like it was a salesy hit, but definitely liked that he was available at lots of different times. Seaneen was very helpful with all my questions and make it clear what I needed to do in order to keep things on the up and up. Documentation and processes were easy to follow. I highly recommend Mike and his team and will definitely use him again in the future.
