Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to three wonderful children, as well as our playful dog. I know what it’s like to juggle family life, and I bring that same sense of dedication, care, and commitment to my work.

Ashley and Tammy were very personable and helpful. They had amazing communication and were extremely supportive.
Our situation was a bit unique and it was challenging for everyone all the way around.
Ashley was very responsive when I reached out with questions, but there were a few times when I felt like I was waiting for information and it was delayed getting to me. I'm not talking days of delays, either, maybe hours, maybe 1 or max 2 days for for things I had expected but possibly not communicated my anxieties over. Further, I cannot be certain that the information was getting to her in a timely manner just because so many things were outside the "normal" transaction.
I certainly don't blame Ashley for anything that didn't go smoothly and I know she has to do extra work on our file to get things to close, but the frustration of the situation itself somewhat overwhelmed our perspective of the events.
A result-oriented officer
We had a phenomenal experience with Ashley and overall the team we had at Bay Equity (Tammy, Diana, etc.). Ashley from the very beginning was extremely communicative, kind, and personable. She took the time to answer all of our questions as first time home buyers (we had a lot). She assisted us with educating us on programs we were eligible for and advocated for us to others involved in this process. From day one we felt that she was extremely trustworthy, dependable, and knowledgeable, which were all important qualities for us in a lender when making such a big financial and life decision. We are so grateful to have worked with her and Bay Equity! We will definitly be recommending her to our friends and family. Thank you so much for everything, Ashley!

Ashley was quick to respond and was extremely helpful in putting together our loan package. Our approval was almost immediate and the online portal was a great tool to submit paperwork.
The communication was very well coordinated; ton of professional and personal attention. It really did help to transition me from an FHA loan to the competitive level of conventional loans. Only problem I would state is that Chase Lending seemed to ask too many probing questions for a small loan under $300,000. Even after I was re-iterating that I have no monthly obligations and that I recently sold a property that I directly applied the profits to the purchase of this house.
Ashley made sure that everything was explained to us and kept us updated with every step of the process. It was a pleasure working with her and the team.
