James was very thorough during the pre-approval stage, helping us understand our chance getting the loan finally approved - even before making any offers. This upfront evaluation was extremely important in the current market where we had to waive all the contingencies, including loan contingency and appraisal contingency. The closing process went smoothly and in time, during which James and Yolanda constantly kept us updated with the progress. Their website that generates pre-approval letters was great. Their website to upload documents was okay. Their website for e-closing was emphatically terrible. Their staff often made numerous small mistakes in paperwork. They seemed like they were stuck in a soul-crushing, mad crush of inefficient, manual paperwork processes--which likely led to the disorganization and frequent errors.

Followed up with our Loan Officer 4+ times via Text, Email, and Calls over the course of 30 days with NO Response.
