The 5 rating is not a direct reflection of Limah's service; it represents BofA's customer service because Limah has dependencies that she has to work with. If they had asked me to rate BofA loan process, I would have given it a ZERO. Limah gives the best deal out there for a home loan but BofA isn't equipped to handle a home loans with a certain level of complexity. They kill us with asking all kinds of documentation and tonnes of them, some doesn't even make sense. 2nd biggest thing that nagged me was, that the communication channel is broken. We weren't informed on a timely manner about anything. At one point, i was even told not to email anymore. Hows that for customer service? In a nutshell, if you want great rates and are ok dealing with below average customer service, BofA is the way to go.
