Our experience with Unify was surprisingly mixed. Initially, we had positive communication with Robert. He quickly and easily got us our pre-qualification. We were then connected with James Baldorama and things switched 180. He was unresponsive, curt, and entirely unhelpful to the point of very nearly causing us to lose the house. We were then moved to dealing with Stephen Krawley and Michelle Diggs who were both incredible, helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with.
