Yogesh is good but the whole process has been chaotic with Wells Fargo.... if you get an approval, you get a letter for the bank, why does an underwriter waits until the last minute to ask more and more questions? We submitted information multiple times, and with an approved letter from the bank BEFORE we even got our office accepted, plus THIRTY days before close of escrow, the bank managed to be LATE every single time and if it hadn't been for Yogesh, we wouldn't have made it. If this had been only Yogesh, I would give him a high mark, Wells Fargo though, I would give them a 2. Miserable customer experience.
