I have had the pleasure of working with Stephen on two home loans over the past 4 years. In every circumstance his communication, timeliness and consistency has set him apart from his competitors. The terms of the loan were competitive, transparent and it was a clear that Stephen wants the home purchase/refinance process to be a partnership with your lender. TJ was knowledgeable and excellent in setting correct expectations. The loan docs were prepared and had to be signed/notarized same day title company received them due to 3 day regulation. Day of closing the lender was missing 3 pages and needed to be signed and submitted in order to not hold up closing (really....during the 3 days and review of the signed/completed loan docs it wasn't noticed until day of closing?) Funds weren't received day of closing due to timing again due to lender.

TJ is a long-term mortgage lender who has an extremely deep understanding of the real estate market, mortgage rates, credit, and loan underwriting. As a Financial Professional myself, I did not have as strong an understanding of these areas, and how they impact my refinance application, as I thought I did. The Covid Pandemic presented additional challenges, but TJ took the time to educate me, and to coach me through the process, to achieve the best possible outcome for me and my family.
