Made the process very smooth and easy.

Working with Brad throughout much of the home-buying process was a pleasure. Brad helped provide information about the lending and approval process in a timely manner, and got us moving on loan approval process quickly when our offer was accepted . However , my husband and I were dissatisfied toward the end of our home buying process, including the day of closing. This seemed to be more due to errors from members of Brad's team, including not having my name on the mortgage paperwork despite request and guarantees weeks prior, as well as last-minute requests about the title company from when we sold our home 5 months prior, and delay in funds during the closing process. Overall, we were happy working with Brad but were not pleased by a few untimely errors from Brad's team.

Brad helped us get a jumbo mortgage with an excellent interest rate. He explained all the options we had and was always reachable and on top of things. Thank you Brad!
