It is probably not Eric's fault, but his assistant, the processor really seems inexperienced employee to handle the home loan. Eric gave me very good deal and great rate on the loan. And he always has good attitude to solve the problem. The improving space is because this new processors, almost drives all my team lost, and keep asking the documents already sent or lack the communication to explain why the previous documents doesnt work. It almost takes me 2 hours during my working time to coordinate the communication and require the appropriate documents for 3-4 days. As a working professional, sometimes, i feel I have a better service than her. Anyway, maybe Eric and his bank needs to improve the leadership skill or the training program for the processor? Citibank is still strongly recommended by me since it gave me really good rate.
