We survey everyone who has submitted a loan application with this lender, whether the loan closed or not.
We appreciate the feedback shared. We regret that the loan process itself was not a more enjoyable experience. As a lender, there are many factors out of our control. On future loan transactions, we will discourage a customer from applying with us if they are going out of the country with no phone or internet access. This can make it difficult to process a loan request. We were able to work through the issues and get the loan closed. We wish this customer the best in their new home.
