Absolutely, the worst lending experience possible! While Hani was responsive, his team processing my loan consistently dropped the ball and made mistake after mistake... I planned to refinance another property to pull out equity for the down payment on my new property. I was scheduled to close on this loan early Monday afternoon. I was told everything was good to go. A couple of hours before the close, I received an email about the loan for my Purchase and in the second paragraph, it was casually mentioned that 'I wasn't going to be able to close on my Refinance'. At the last minute, I had to secure other funds for the down payment on the property I was purchasing. When I closed on my Purchase, I waited over two hours for my loan (approved 10 days earlier) to be funded. When we questioned the reason for the delay, we received multiple conflicting responses from Hani, his team and the title company. All around, this was absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had securing a real estate loan!
