Melissa was very impressive from start to finish. I appreciate her timely communication and her expert knowledge in finding me the best mortgage scenario for my family and I. Having just moved here from washington, we were planning on renting until the market cooled off, however we happened to find a home for sale that checked every box! The home had just gone on the market and I happened to snag a showing right away. We looked at the home on Sunday and by Sunday evening she had prepared a lender letter so that we could submit our offer. We had zero intention of purchasing, so I was weary of the mortgage process I was anticipating. She completely turned over any doubts I had! Because of her urgency, and willingness to work after hours ( I called her sunday evening at 5pm!) I am, without a doubt sure, that our home transaction was largely credited to her excellent service. This is rare nowadays, and I will recommend Melissa Cotton to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance their home!
