Judith was recommended to me by a Redfin agent, and I have nothing, but positive experience with Judith. I'm almost certain, I would not be able to close on the property if it weren't for Judith handling my quirky situation that doesn't follow the normal long-term employed borrower. Here are some of the things Judith did for me: * She responded to my requests almost any time of the day, every day. Yes, that includes weekends and it didn't matter what I asked even if it wasn't quite related to my loan. In many ways, I felt she would have been excellent real estate agent that had my best interest at heart. * She communicated with the seller's agent right from the beginning so they understood that she did all the pre-screening work to ensure I would be approved when it comes time to close. This ensured I was in better position to negotiate, that I was serious and that my offer was stronger than any other that may come in. * At times there were misunderstandings from the seller's agent, most notably in a case during the appraisal and Judith picked up the phone and cleared it right up. No fuss, no uncertainties and helped move the deal forward. * She discussed what options are available, and what documentation the underwriter will look at and how they look at it. This immensely helped me in getting the right documentation, and she didn't hesitate to give you pointers in your best interest. I could openly discuss many things with Judith, that I wouldn't be able with other lender agents. This was probably the most important thing in making sure you close. I gladly picked Commerce Mortgage despite them being at a higher interest rate than the competition, but I knew I would close and I would get someone that tries to find solutions when there were challenges, instead of someone passive that just relies information back. In fact, there were at least two lenders that declined me, not because they couldn't accept me (which are also Fanny backed loans), but rather their agents didn't try to find solutions to my quirky situation. In short, if you are looking for someone to champion you, ensure your needs are met, that you will be approved, will close and being honest and upfront with you, Judith is that person. I could go on, but instead I will just say I highly recommend her! She is amazing!
