We are sincerely sorry this customer felt this way, and it is always our goal for our customers to have a wonderful experience with us. These high rates today are hard on everyone and we understand how difficult it can be to navigate. I always give my customers the lowest rates I possibly can. In this case our float down policy was not explained as well as it could have been, as it was requested the day before the confirmed closing which was too late. We were however able to negotiate a better rate at the last minute to try to help this customer.
