I recently began the process of buying a home, and I was dreading the financing part. I have an unusual income and employment profile, and I wasn't at all sure I'd be able to get a loan. After a complete failure of my application with one of the big banks, I called Eric. He understood my situation and challenges. He walked me through the entire process, from what documentation to provide, to properly explaining things on my application, to the various options for downpayments. He even gave me options for other avenues of financing. Once I submitted my mortgage application, Eric called or emailed me regularly with status reports - sometimes several times a day when necessary. And he responded quickly to my calls, no matter what day or time. I consider my approved loan to be entirely a result of Eric's expertise and careful handling. If I ever have a need for another mortgage, I will call Eric immediately.
