This was our first experience with selling a home and buying a new home. Both houses were in different states due to a relocation and the transaction occurred during COVID-19 lockdowns. Covid 19 was happening and therefore everything other than closing was done via computer. We are in our 70's and not versed in this type of electronic transaction. When it came to Mr. Wiegandt's need for documents and/or information, they were needed yesterday. Information we needed was not provided until closing and my having to threaten to walk out of the deal. I am sure this was not all Mr.Wiegandt's fault but i have sold and bought 9 different properties and this was the worst.
